Our Philosophy
The Currents Beneath the Surface
We believe that what we see on the surface like anxiety, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm, is rarely the whole story. These experiences are shaped by our histories, relationships, nervous systems, and the ways we’ve learned to adapt to the world around us.
Our approach is grounded in trauma-informed and person-centered care, guided by curiosity, compassion, and mutual respect. You are the expert on your own life; we bring the clinical knowledge to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing. We believe in individualized care that is both thoughtful and practical, so we meet you where you are rather than fitting you into a predetermined model, and we work collaboratively toward your goals.
We’re committed to an inclusive environment where people of all backgrounds and identities are welcomed and treated with dignity and respect. We believe trust is earned, healing is rarely linear, and meaningful change takes time.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you come to us. You just have to be willing to begin.

Jordan Madden, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Founder & Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Services: Medication Management, Trauma Recovery Program
- Ages Served: 16+
- Location: In-Person – Hudson, WI | Telehealth – WI & MN
Approach to Care
I believe lasting healing begins by understanding the experiences that shape us. My approach integrates attachment science, developmental trauma work, and nervous system regulation, combining psychotherapy with medication management. I draw on training in the Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS) and Trauma Model Therapy to help patients explore long-standing patterns with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgement.
Clinical Interests
I work with adults who appear highly capable on the outside yet struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, or relationship patterns that no longer serve them, often rooted in attachment wounds, developmental trauma, or nervous system dysregulation.
I enjoy working with parents who want to heal old patterns and strengthen their emotional regulation, to respond with greater intention, build deeper connections, and create a healthier family environment for the next generation.

Gillian Grancorvitz, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Services: Medication Management
- Ages Served: 10+
- Location: In-Person – Hudson, WI | Telehealth – WI & MN
Approach to Care
I believe effective medication management begins with listening. My goal is to create a collaborative and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and involved in their care, with treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, goals, and values.
While medication can be an important part of treatment, the best outcomes come from caring for the whole person. I take a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to prescribing, considering each patient’s physical health, emotional well-being, and lifestyle to support lasting improvement.
Clinical Interests
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns, as well as those navigating significant life stressors or co-occurring medical and mental health conditions, helping them find strategies that improve both symptom management and quality of life.
